As a doula, I accompany you from the moment you want to have children - because emotional support and gentle support can also be valuable during this time. I am at your side during pregnancy, be it with emotional questions about birth, breastfeeding or the postpartum period. Together we will prepare you for this special time.

I'll be there during the birth, holding the space and supporting you, for example with pressure on the sacrum, massages and encouragement. Your partner will also find support in me, as will the midwife - especially with home births, it can be beneficial if I go with you. I would also be happy to accompany you to a planned caesarean section or a birth in the hospital - whatever you feel most comfortable with.

I will continue to accompany you during the postpartum period and listen to you if you want to talk about the birth or the first days as a mother. You will get nourishing food from Women´s Nature - our Doula Collective project, where we cook for moms postpartum, if you want to. I'll give you basic tips for breastfeeding and I'll just be there - with open ears, open hands and a lot of heart.
